Beeswax Description:
Beeswax is a natural substance made by bees to build the wall of their honeycomb. It is commonly used as a thickening agent in cosmetics and has emollient properties. Beeswax is rich in vitamin A. Vitamin A has moisturising properties which prevents dry skin and hair as well as antibacterial agents which are a natural acne treatment. Products containing beeswax are highly unlikely to cause irritation or clogging making it a safe choice for all skin types. Beeswax is a humectant which means it attracts water which will keep your skin and hair hydrated. Beeswax promotes hair growth by stimulating the hair shaft and smoothing split ends. It is also proven to have a soothing effect on skin as it has eased psoriasis, eczema and dandruff.
